Two men laugh as they work a long pipe of glass together

Team building and corporate events

Glassblowing is a good metaphor for work: it takes communication, accountability, perseverance, the ability to take charge — and to let go.

We build each event around your team: demonstrations, friendly competitions, one-on-one time with our glassblowers, plus food or a happy hour if you'd like. Retirements and holiday parties too.

School and homeschool groups

A field trip your students will be talking about for a long time.

Hands-on sessions built around collaboration and creativity, or demonstrations and talks by our staff. Glass is a natural STEAM lesson — the art, the chemistry of an amorphous solid, and the engineering of the hot shop. We take groups of every size, public and private schools alike.

Birthday parties

For the kid in all of us — ages 8 to 88.

Each guest works with an instructor to make their own keepsake from hot glass: galaxy globes, hearts, bowls, vases, flowers, drinking glasses or a seasonal piece, from any of our three tiers.

Before your group visits

  • Everyone signs a waiver on the day; parents sign for under-18s. Email us for waivers in advance if a guardian won't be there.
  • Friends and family can watch for free and take photos.
  • Bring snacks: there's a covered patio in summer and room in the gallery in winter.
  • Pieces are ready one week later. Changes need 14 business days' notice (account credit).
